These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Prestige Profit Global website, accounts, and related platform services (the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Prestige Profit Global service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

For clarity in these Terms:

• “Account” means the user profile you register to access Platform features
• “Plan” means a subscription or investment product option offered on the Platform
• “Deposit” means funds or crypto assets you submit for verification and allocation according to Platform procedures
• “Withdrawal” means a request to transfer eligible balances out of your Account according to Platform procedures
• “Referral program” means any optional program that may credit rewards for eligible referrals under published rules

You may use the Platform only if you can form a binding agreement and meet applicable age and legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher)
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your Account
• You must not share your Account or allow unauthorized access
• We may request identity or wallet verification before processing certain deposits, withdrawals, or account changes

Prestige Profit Global provides a digital interface for viewing investment plans, managing account activity, submitting deposits and withdrawals, tracking earnings records, and participating in optional referral features where available.

Features may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform for maintenance, security, product, or operational reasons.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. Without limitation, you agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Review plan details, timelines, and risk disclosures before investing
• Submit only accurate wallet addresses and transaction references
• Monitor your Account for unauthorized activity and notify support promptly if you suspect compromise
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse Platform systems
• Not use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity

Investment plans displayed on the Platform describe product parameters such as duration, contribution ranges, and projected or illustrative yield information where shown. Plan details may be updated; the terms presented at the time you activate a plan apply to that subscription, subject to these Terms.

Projected yields, historical examples, or marketing illustrations are not guarantees of profit or future performance. Cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets are volatile. You may lose some or all of the value you allocate.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether a plan is suitable for your circumstances. Prestige Profit Global does not provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice.

Deposits are submitted according to the instructions shown in your Account for the selected plan or funding flow.

• You must send the correct asset/network and amount to the address or payment details provided for your request
• You must submit any required transaction reference or proof as prompted by the Platform
• Deposit status (for example, pending, under review, confirmed, or rejected) is reflected in your Account after operational review
• Incorrect networks, wrong addresses, or incomplete references may delay processing or result in loss of funds that cannot be recovered
• Prestige Profit Global is not responsible for funds sent to addresses or networks other than those specified for your deposit request

Withdrawals are processed according to Platform procedures, eligibility rules for the relevant plan or balance type, and any applicable review steps.

• You must provide a valid destination wallet address for the supported asset/network
• Withdrawal requests may be queued, reviewed, or delayed for security, compliance, or operational checks
• Minimum amounts, processing windows, and eligibility conditions (if any) will be shown in the Product UI or plan details where applicable
• You are responsible for confirming that the withdrawal address is correct before submitting a request
• We may refuse or reverse a withdrawal request that appears fraudulent, erroneous, or non-compliant with these Terms

Any Platform fees, network fees, or third-party costs applicable to deposits, withdrawals, or other services will be disclosed in the relevant product flow or plan materials where they apply.

Blockchain network fees are generally outside our control and may vary. You remain responsible for network fees associated with transfers you initiate.

If a referral program is offered, participation is optional and subject to the rules published on the Platform at the time of participation.

• Referral rewards (if any) are credited only for eligible activity as defined in program materials
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, abuse, or circumvention of program rules are prohibited
• We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue referral rewards or the program for operational, integrity, or product reasons
• Rewards that were obtained through abuse may be withheld, reversed, or adjusted

You must not use the Platform to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Misrepresent identity, ownership of funds, or transaction details
• Interfere with Platform security, availability, or integrity
• Harvest user data or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
• Engage in market manipulation, wash activity, or coordinated abuse of promotions

Digital assets involve significant risk, including price volatility, liquidity risk, technology risk, operational risk, and potential total loss of capital.

Past performance and illustrative plan figures do not predict future results. You should only allocate funds you can afford to lose and seek independent professional advice if needed.

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. Maintenance, outages, third-party network congestion, and force majeure events may affect service.

Display delays, status updates, and balance calculations depend on operational processing and, where relevant, blockchain confirmation times.

The Platform, including its branding, interface, content, and software (excluding third-party materials), is owned by Prestige Profit Global or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose under these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform materials except as expressly allowed by us or by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Prestige Profit Global disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

We do not warrant that plan outcomes, market conditions, or third-party networks will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prestige Profit Global and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Platform.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Prestige Profit Global (if any) for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prestige Profit Global and its affiliates, officers, and personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to your Account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security or compliance risk, or if required by law or operational necessity.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate.

Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction designated by Prestige Profit Global once confirmed. Until that designation is finalized, the governing law and venue statement remains a placeholder for counsel review:

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
